I nearly walked straight past this tree today, but something about its energy called me back... and as I stood there starting up at it, I realised why.
.
A massive gum, that was slaughtered and cut down to nothing but a basic stump... but then, look what magic happened!!
.
5 new saplings emerged and this tree, once down and out, now blooms with new life, fresh beginnings, hope and strength! ... 5 times over!!
.
A beautiful reminder from nature, that sometimes what seems like an ending is just the blossoming of many new beginnings.
.
Thank you for this reminder today, universe... just what I needed.

I saw this written on another's wall today and I had to share!

***Cry as hard as you want to. But always make sure; when you stop crying, you'll never cry for the same reason again!***

The internal dialogue that we can play out in our minds during moments of crisis and trauma can keep an event happening over and over for hours, days, weeks, months, even years! Crying is therapeutic, it is a release, it is a chemical release that assists to flood the body with healing.
.
So please, cry...omg, cry - but use those tears to release fully and to process the pain, grief, loss, hurt, humiliation, anger, betrayal and ensure that when you are done your chin raises higher and you remember the badass you are!
