Our bodies are made up of three different energy fields/centres; aura, chakras and meridians. The main energy centre and reception point of our physical bodies are found within the chakras. The word Chakra is a Sanskrit word and translates to mean “Wheel of Light”. There are seven main chakras within our physical body and can have various levels of activity. When a chakra point is ‘closed’, it is blocked. When they are ‘open’ they are operating normally. The ideal state for ourselves, is when all the chakras are balanced and aligned.
